Fame Chimica

Fame Chimica is a small street food reality formed by Chiara Gucci, the owner who has been running the sandwich shop on the Florentine state road for 5 years with her husband Andrea Aprile. Chemical Hunger is characterized, in fact, by the "Mega Sandwiches" that make your mouth water just by looking at them. We have become a staple for the youth and our customers in Quarrata, Prato and Pistoia.

We love to cook, invent and renew ourselves. We put dedication to each dish, quality first of all. In fact, we choose the meat and we process it!

We not only think about quality but also about quantity, we like it that way!

We spend a lot of time with our customers, because we believe that they are the first to know how to advise us, to grow together.

Our mission: is to satisfy the deepest desires of the human being, that is, those of the stomach!

We focus on good food, a fun staff and an atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable and at home.

We make the meat, directly minced and put in the sandwich!

Our sandwiches, as well as being abundant, are designed and created entirely by us. The bread is artisanal, the sauces made by us. In particular our Chemical Hunger sauce, created with a base of mayonnaise and other secret ingredients that we cannot reveal to you, is not spicy.

Our times out of the ordinary! As you can understand, we are open at night and every day, from 18:00 until 2:00 in the morning, from Monday to Thursday. Friday until 3:00 am, Saturday until 4:00 am and Sunday until 2:00 am.

With the munchies, you can come alone, in the company of friends, boyfriend *, with relatives and family, work colleagues. We are a pet friendly place, lgtbq +.

In 2021 we will open our second restaurant on the Island of Elba, in particular near Lacona - Capoliveri, in via dei Vigneti 1A.

It is immediately a good success, a kilometer-long queue throughout the summer accompanies us for our first season.

But beware, we are not only open in summer, but all year round! With the same opening hours as the Quarrata club.
