Borgo Alloro is a charming group of small houses built in traditional Elba style. The Borgo, or village, is part of a larger complex of small villages.
The sensation is that of being in a typical seaside village.
The Borgo Alloro apartments overlook a central courtyard with a splendid swimming pool surrounded by the colours and fragrances of the Mediterranean maquis. Laurel, rosemary, broom and olive trees form a natural frame surrounding the blue mirror of the pool. The thick vegetation of the holm oak woods that cover the surrounding hills down to the sea dominates the view from the rooms of the apartments.
If you have a small-medium sized four-legged friend, you can bring him with you in the two-room apartment; he has the right to a holiday and you won't have to miss his company. All pets are welcome.
Cala di Nisportino is on the east coast of the Island of Elba. The aromas and foliage of the dense Mediterranean vegetation surround the inlet and the mixed pebble beach is secluded and peaceful even in high season. By renting a canoe, or booking a rubber dinghy excursion, you can visit the small beaches adjacent to the Cala di Nisportino. These are characteristic little beaches, accessible only from the sea; the exception being Mangani beach, which can also be reached over land along a beautiful path leading to Cala di Nisportino.
All the beaches preserve that wild charm that is disappearing from others on the island.
