Apartment Stella in Marina di Campo

The Stella apartment is located in Marina di Campo, just a stone's throw from the town center and the beach, which can be reached in less than a 5-minute walk (about 400 meters). By car, you can also reach the beautiful Cavoli beach in less than 10 minutes, which offers a summer-like climate even in the low season.

The area is residential, quiet, and peaceful, ideal for families with or without children. It is also suitable for two families, with a maximum of 6 beds.

The apartment is close to all services, such as supermarkets (Conad and Coop), a pharmacy, a tourist medical service, various shops, pizzerias, restaurants, rotisseries, bakeries, etc.

It consists of a large double bedroom, where two camping cots (both available in the apartment) can be added. The other room, slightly smaller but comfortable, has two single beds that can easily be converted into a double bed. Upon request, a camping cot can be placed in this room. The living area is spacious and bright, with a TV, sofa, dining area, and kitchen.
The kitchen is new and equipped with everything you need, including a hob with an extractor hood, a dishwasher, a fridge with a freezer compartment, and a sink with a drainer. It comes with all necessary cookware.

Bedding is not provided but can be rented at a cost of 15 euros per week (the kit includes sheets and towels).

The bathroom features a spacious shower.

The Stella apartment is located on the ground floor and includes an exclusive fenced and equipped garden, with a barbecue, heated outdoor shower, table with an umbrella, and deck chairs.

Reserved parking in the private parking area in front of the house. A second parking space may be available upon prior request.

Apartment in Seccheto

The apartment is located 30 meters from the sea and the beach of Seccheto, a charming seaside village in the municipality of Campo nell'Elba. By car, you can reach Marina di Campo in less than 10 minutes and Cavoli beach in about 3 minutes (it can also be reached on foot in 10 minutes or by bus, with a stop near the house).

Seccheto is a peaceful seaside village, perfect for a relaxing vacation without the need to use a car. It has two small supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, a newsstand, a bazaar, a para-pharmacy, and a bakery. The beach is sandy, partly free, and partly equipped.

The apartment is located on the small road leading to the sea; just step out of the gate, walk a few steps, and you reach the beach.

The apartment features a spacious double bedroom, with direct access to the bathroom with a shower.

The kitchen is newly built and fully equipped with cookware, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a TV.

Outside, in addition to a fenced and private garden, there is a furnished terrace for dining outdoors, both during the day and in the evening.
