The farm, situated approximately one kilometre from the sea on a small hill at a height of 30 metres above sea level, is surrounded by vineyards and orchards.
Nearby there are tennis courts, swimming pools, riding stables, mini-golf and children's playgrounds.
A variety of walks, ranging from short strolls of less than an hour to walks of over four hours, lead through the woods and countryside.

The apartments comprise a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and living room with kitchenette. In front of each apartment, under the veranda, there is an outside table where guests can eat whilst enjoying the view of the sea.
Guests may also use a large barbeque and private parking facilities.

A range of home-grown seasonal products are available for guests to purchase from the farm.

The farm looks over the Gulf of Lacona, where the fine, white sandy beach and shallow water several metres wide from the water's edge make this one of the most beautiful and best equipped on the island.

Once you have disembarked from the ferry, follow the signpost indicating "tutte le direzioni", then turn left towards "Porto Azzurro" until you get to the traffic lights. Turn right here for "Lacona".
The road takes you up a hill and at the top you will have the wonderful view of the Portoferraio headland and then of the Gulf of Lacona.
Going down the hill towards Lacona, take the first road on the right (via M. di Lacona) and after approximately seven hundred metres you will arrive at the farm.

In high season there is a minimum stay of one week.
Prices range from Euro 55,00 to Euro 135,00
