The town doesn't need much publicity, it offers opportunities for everyone; the sandy beach where there are both free sections and equipped establishments, is ideal for families with children and for a relaxing holiday, for young people and for those who love nightlife, it is undoubtedly the right location , with its shops, restaurants and clubs open until late at night.

Each apartment measures 30 square meters and consists of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed and dining area, bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together and bathroom with shower.

Apartments 16 and 17 are on the ground floor with an equipped outdoor area at the front and a porch with a garden at the rear.

Apartments 20 and 21 are on the first floor and have a furnished terrace overlooking the city.

Important Notes

• minimum age to check-in is 21 years old (for group of guys)
• check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
• Animals are not allowed
• deposit (mandatory): € 150.00; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
• bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
