Built at the end of 1800s, Villa Teresa is situated in the centre of Porto Azzurro, in the midst of an ancient green park and still maintains its original charm with period furniture in its interiors. The villa has, besides the main building, newly constructed units with modern furnishings. In the main building, every apartment has an independent entrance, living room and in-built kitchen, bathrooms and all share a big terrace and garden. The new surrounding small villas all have their own private space outside.
The complex is furnished with a tennis court (cement ground) and a swimming pool (7x14 meters). The nearest beach is that of Barbarossa around 500 meters, a sandy beach with facilities for surf, boat and canoe hire and Scuba school.
The three recently constructed family units, capable of accommodating two to four people, are equipped with a living room with cooking area, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Each one has independent access from the garden, a covered patio, a perfectly equipped private garden and air conditioning. The complex has its own tennis court, pool, playing area for children, pitch for the game of bocce and shaded parking area for cars.
The nine apartments in the villa have splendid marble mosaic floors, each with its own designs, which are echoed in the ceiling decoration. They retain their original allure, and some items of furniture are valuable period pieces. The apartments can accommodate two to five people, have separate entrance doors from either the first or second floors, a cooking area and private bathroom arrangements.
The pool of Villa Teresa (7m x 15m) is suitable for children as well as for experienced swimmers and is located in a beautiful garden surrounded by plants and flowers. Our clients have free entrance as well as deck-chairs and beach-umbrellas at their
disposal.
