Prestigious private villa sleeping 14 located in a panoramic position with private access to the sea and private marina for mooring private boats.

Villa Rosa is located on the promontory of Naregno, near the homonymous sandy beach, reachable on foot with a walk of only 400 meters, in a dominant position and with a wonderful sea view over the wide Gulf of Porto Azzurro and the town itself. Finely furnished, with care and style, it insists on a large and green private property, with a forest of cork oaks, flowers and numerous Mediterranean plants.

Walking along a comfortable staircase inside the cork forest for just 100 meters, you reach a large concrete platform for the exclusive use of guests with direct access to the sea. A small corner of paradise bordered by the green of the Mediterranean scrub and immersed in maximum tranquility and privacy, an ideal starting point for snorkeling excursions. Given the conformation of the coast, mainly composed of stones, entry into the water is not entirely easy and therefore more suitable for adults or people wearing beach shoes / rocks.

The villa consists of a central body and an annexe, the latter on two floors, for a total of 12/14 beds. The central body of Villa Rosa, a large and comfortable four-room apartment with 6 beds, develops entirely on the ground floor and consists of a spacious living room furnished with a table, armchairs, comfortable sofas and a TV area, with large windows that open onto the large panoramic terrace and allow you to enjoy the beautiful view even from inside the villa. Comfortable fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (two of which double and one with two single beds) each with its own bathroom available (with shower and private facilities). Outside: brick grill, shower (cold only), large terrace furnished with tables, chairs, sun loungers, gazebo, private parking spaces, technical room with washing machine.

After an external staircase you can access the annex, a very large basement building, located below the central body, consisting of four bedrooms (two of which are double and two with two single beds) each with its own bathroom with shower and private services, for a total of additional 8 comfortable beds.

Important Notes

• groups of guys under the age of 21 are not allowed
• check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
• small / medium-sized pets allowed with a supplement of € 30 on cleaning
• as in all our properties it is forbidden to smoke inside
• deposit (mandatory): 500 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
• bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
