Villa Oleandro Pavillon/Maison indépendante Capoliveri

Villa Oleandro is located in the municipality of Capoliveri in the small, quiet town of Madonna delle Grazie [Our Lady of Grace]. This is such a peaceful place that in the eighteenth century it was chosen as a refuge by Augustinian friars on their return from the Island of Montecristo. To repay the hospitality they received, they built the sanctuary, inside which there is an extremely valuable painting which is said to be based on an original draft by Michelangelo Buonarroti.

The ideal place to stay for a couple with one child is situated two hundred metres from the small Madonna delle Grazie beach of typical sand and gravel, from where you can admire the magnificent sunsets over the Stella Gulf. The coast is also within walking distance, where you will find small bays and coves where you can enjoy quiet relaxation.

The town is 1.7 km away, just a few minutes by car, and a private car park is available there for guests to use. Alternatively the village can always be reached via the historic path that goes from the Sanctuary to the main square of Capoliveri.

Villa Oleandro is a pretty little house overlooking Stella Gulf, furnished in a modern comfortable style. It has one double bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with a sofa bed; ideal for a couple with a child. Outside there is a patio with a wooden roof for protection from the sun, with a complete set of garden furniture. There is also a barbecue which is shared with Villa Cedro, a few metres away. The house itself contains all the amenities necessary for your stay, as well as satellite TV, and with a carport outside.
