The residence Aviotel includes a swimming pool with three different depths, a large open space with grass, a barbecue area, tennis courts and a private car park only for guests’ use; The building is located in the close nearby of the quiet airport of the Island, in the middle of a plain that links the Northern with the Southern side of the Island. The most beautiful beaches of the Island can be reached in a few minutes by car: in the Southern part, there are the gulfs of Marina di Campo, Cavoli, Fetovaia; in the Northern, tourists can reach the gulfs of Marciana Marina, Procchio and La Biodola.

These are among the most famous, cared for and clean beaches of the Island, both sandy and rocky with very stunning sea beds; some of them are free, while some others host beach clubs. Aviotel guests can be given a discount for the near Tropical beach club.

Apartments overlooking the sea

The flats that overlook the sea are part of the Dunelba complex; it includes a spacious fenced-in garden where children can safely play in freedom and also a covered car park without surveillance.

The residence is in a truly unique position because it is right opposite the characteristic beach in Marina di Campo, part of which also offers a bathing establishment. This sandy beach is the longest on the island with the widest choice of beach facilities so it is perfect for families with small children. Simply follow the 80 metre-long path - closed to traffic - that is in the shade of a typical Tyrrhenian style maritime pine grove on the eastern part of the large bay.
