Residence Villa Rosi

The Villa Rosi Residence is family run so is perfect for families or couples with small children who are in search of a place that ensures a quiet and peaceful and truly relaxing holiday. The name of the area is Colle Lido and the residence takes its name precisely from there; it sits on a small hill right opposite the sea directly above Lido di Capoliveri beach and is only 600 metres from the beach.

Since the residence is only 10 km from Portoferraio the drive from there only takes 10 minutes.

Although the entire area surrounding the residence is very relaxing because it is far from the hustle and bustle of busy, main roads and traffic, you can reach some of the nearby typical, characteristic towns like Capoliveri or Porto Azzurro in no time.

Only ten apartments make up the residence so this means it is very quiet and peaceful, and the fact that open, natural areas so typical of the Mediterranean bush surround the entire area means that you can be sure of a very relaxing holiday there.

The Villa Rosi Residence also offers a large, Natural Chlorine swimming pool with Electrolysis, and each guest has the use of two sun beds and a sun umbrella to enjoy his holiday to the full. There is also a small bar by the side of the pool.

A large park surrounds the residence covered by over a thousand square metres of English lawn, and there is also another area that is perfect for small children in the shade of a large pine tree, where they will find slides, swings, and table tennis; nearby there is also a specific area for adults who wish to read or simply sit and relax.

Within the garden there is also a barbecue area if guests wish to grill fish or meat or sip their aperitif before holding their dinner, and all this will add to the many happy moments shared with other guests while on holiday on the Island of Elba.
