Villa Sant'Antonio Villa Portoferraio

Sant’Antonio is a detached, early 20th-century villa, situated in a quiet, green part of the Ottone district, on the Gulf of Portoferraio. The two-storey building, which has recently been renovated, is surrounded by a large garden and wooded area.

There is room for 8-9 people in five double bedrooms, plus another bedroom with a sofa bed and separate entrance. The rest of the accommodation consists of a kitchen (brand-new cooking facilities), with a back door leading to a patio with a pergola, gazebo and large table, a dining room, two bathrooms and an outside shower (H&C). Windows are fitted with mosquito screens. There is a dishwasher, a washing machine and a very basic barbecue. WiFi is also provided and there is ample parking in the driveway and in front of the house.

The house is particularly suitable for two families with children, possibly also with grandparents, or for several couples. Portoferraio is 7 kilometres away. Ottone beach (100 metres away) is a 5-minute walk along a pathway (the first part is paved, the second unmade) or via the steps of the nearby camping ground (free access), a short distance along the road. The beach is free of charge, except for the section leased to the Hotel Villa Ottone.

Close by is a bus stop and the camping ground has a bar and foodstore.

A 20 minute-walk will bring you to the charming villages of Bagnaia and Magazzini, with beaches and restaurants.
